How do I order / enquire about a custom made costume?

Email us at sue@costumecreations.com.au with your requirements and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We can help you design your costume or create a costume you or your choreographer has designed.

I need my custom order rushed, can you work to a tight deadline?

We understand that on occasions things happen and you will need a costume sooner than later. As long as we physically have the time to slot your order in we will be happy to accommodate. Please contact us to see if we can help.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

We would advise you to check what size you are ordering from our sizing guide on our website first. However, if you have made a mistake we will happily exchange any product you may have ordered incorrectly. Please email us at sue@costumecreations.com.au to make arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship overseas. Our website is set up to process all orders internationally. If you think there is an error with any of the shipping prices quoted at checkout, please contact us to check it. We want to keep all shipping costs to a minimum and we are happy to double check you are getting the best deal.

How quickly will you send my order?

We ship every weekday so all stocked items will be dispatched within48 hours of being received.  All out of stock items will be dispatched with 7 days.

Can I collect my oder instead of it being shipped?

Yes, you can arrange to collect your order instead of having it despatched. Please email us at sue@costumecreations.com.au to make arrangements.
