Overview
All items are subject to the following conditions:
- We will not replace or exchange items that have not been cared for as recommended in the Costume Creations Care Guide.
- We will not replace or exchange items damaged through wear and tear, damage from contact with rough surfaces, liquids or make up.
Faulty Item
If the product is proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Costume Creations are happy to exchange the item for the same product or give a full refund (including postage). Items MUST NOT have been worn or labels removed.
Incorrect Size
If you purchase the wrong size garment, we can arrange an exchange for a different size within 7 days of the item being received back. If the desired size is not available we will offer you an alternative style or a refund at your request. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached. Replacement items will incur the same shipping fee as the original item.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product for any reason we offer two options
- A store credit for the full cost of the item is available minus the postage costs.
- If you do not wish for a store credit we are happy to refund* an item. A 10% restocking fee applies and no refund will be given for postage costs incurred.
Please remember the item must be returned in unused condition with all tags attached.
*Excludes custom made items
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit that are being returned to us. We strongly recommend you select registered post for peace of mind.
