Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. Postage prices are fixed as we use Australia Post red satchels or express satchels, both options give you tracking. Delivery estimates will vary depending on your location. If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Costume Creations immediately to arrange return of the goods.
We use Australia Post for delivery of all online, or phone orders. Depending on your delivery location please allow the standard 3-7 working days for delivery. Express Post is available.
Orders over the value of $150 will be shipped free of charge, using Australia Post.
International
If you request international shipping, rest assured our website is set up to process all orders internationally. If you think there is an error with any of the shipping prices quoted at checkout, please contact us to check it. We want to keep all shipping costs to a minimum and we are happy to double check you are getting the best deal.
